A selection of things I've built — from an open-source Ghanaian speech-recognition model to production RAG systems and CUDA deep learning frameworks.
Griot Nano 1 — Multilingual ASR for Ghanaian Languages
A 153M-parameter Conformer CTC speech-recognition model trained on 44,000 audio-hours across Akan, Dagbani, Ewe, Ghanaian English, and Ga. Evaluated on 99,547 held-out recordings and released openly with inference scripts, KenLM decoding, and an ONNX export — so it can run fully offline on hardware people control.
CUDA Deep Learning Framework
A mini deep learning framework built from scratch in C++/CUDA. Includes matrices, optimizers, activations, and linear layers. Successfully trains regression models over 1000+ epochs.
Pennyworth – LLM Personal Assistant
A high-recall RAG system using Gemini API and Vertex AI. Custom retrieval pipeline with context-aware injection to minimize hallucination in specialized queries.
Algorithmic Trading Bot
Autonomous cryptocurrency trading agent using Deep Reinforcement Learning (PPO) with multiple neural architectures and dynamic, volatility-adjusted position sizing.
Heart Disease Data Visualisation
Interactive data visualisation dashboard exploring heart disease risk factors and patterns across demographics.
Sales Analytics Platform
Full-stack Go + Svelte analytics dashboards for two businesses. Real-time data pipelines pulling from GCS, deployed on Hetzner with Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD. Served via Cloudflare + Nginx.
Stormlog — GPU Memory Profiler
An open-source GPU memory profiler for PyTorch & TensorFlow with real-time monitoring, leak detection, OOM flight recording, and distributed analysis in an interactive TUI. I contribute to this project and use it for Griot Nano 1's memory debugging.
